2. Stockist Eligibility
Premium Brand Representation: Our curated selection of premium brands is designed to maintain a high standard of quality and exclusivity. We reserve the right to select stockists that align with our brand values and market positioning.
Exclusion of Discount Retailers: We do not supply our products to budget or discount stores. Our aim is to preserve the integrity and perceived value of our brands.
Resale of Products: Products supplied by Nordic Fusion are intended for sale by approved retailers directly to end consumers. Retailers must not knowingly resell or supply those products to any other business or person purchasing them for the purpose of resale without the prior written approval of Nordic Fusion.
Market and Event Sales: Products supplied by Nordic Fusion must not be offered for sale, displayed for sale or sold at markets, market stalls, craft markets, fairs, festivals, pop-up markets, temporary retail events or similar sales venues without the prior written approval of Nordic Fusion.
Nordic Fusion reserves the right to refuse or suspend supply where it reasonably believes products are being supplied or sold contrary to these requirements.
Pricing Policy: While occasional or seasonal discounts are acceptable, consistent undercutting of recommended retail prices is not permitted. Should an existing retailer engage in such practices, we reserve the right to cease supply to that retailer.
Order Approval: Approved stockists must place their first order within 30 days of approval.
Ongoing Brand Requirements: To retain access to a brand, stockists are required to place orders from the brand’s collection in line with its ordering cycle, which may vary by brand. Minimum order value requirements apply per brand and per ordering cycle. Nordic Fusion reserves the right to review and remove access to a brand where these ongoing ordering requirements are not met.
3. Product Images and Marketing Assets
Use of Marketing Assets: Product images, lifestyle photography and other marketing assets supplied by Nordic Fusion or our brand partners remain the intellectual property of the respective brand owner and may only be used in accordance with the permissions granted to authorised retailers.
Maileg – Artificial Intelligence (AI): In accordance with Maileg's brand requirements, retailers must not use artificial intelligence (AI) or similar technologies to alter, edit, enhance or otherwise manipulate Maileg product images supplied by Nordic Fusion or Maileg. Retailers must also not use AI or similar technologies to create AI-generated images, videos or other content featuring Maileg products without the prior written approval of Nordic Fusion and Maileg.
All Maileg product images remain the intellectual property of Maileg and may only be used in accordance with the permissions granted to authorised retailers.
4. Payment Terms
Prepaid Orders: All orders are to be prepaid.
Backorders: Payment is not required for items that are out of stock at the time of ordering. Customers will be invoiced only for items that are available and ready to ship.
5. Freight and Shipping
Freight Charges: Freight is calculated based on the volumetric weight of the order and will be charged at cost after the order has been packed.
Shipping Address: Freight charges are also influenced by the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.
6. Online Marketplace Restrictions
Prohibited Sales Channels: Products supplied by Nordic Fusion must not be offered for sale on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar marketplace platforms.
Existing Retailers with Amazon Stores: If you are an existing stockist with a brick-and-mortar or online store and also operate an Amazon store, you are requested not to sell our products through Amazon.
Brand Representation Online: If selling online, the brand of each product must be clearly stated on your website.
7. Access to Pricing Information
Approved Retailers: Product pricing and pricelists are accessible only to approved retailers. To gain access, please apply to become a stockist through our website.
8. Showroom Visits
Appointments: Showroom visits are by appointment only. To schedule a visit, please use the showroom booking feature on our website.
9. Order Processing and Dispatch
In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Estimated time of arrival (ETA) for pre-order items is visible within the item in our website.
First Order Minimums: For initial orders, minimum order requirements apply per brand.
10. Product Availability
Stock Levels: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our stock levels updated, but occasional discrepancies may occur.
